Our Process
While no two projects are ever exactly the same, we’ve developed a process here at blu sky that helps keep expectations on both sides clear, so costs can be kept minimized and goals can ultimately be achieved.
Our approach typically entails a 5 step process. This includes:

Defining the Project – Learning as much as possible about the project, what the clients goals are, and how success will be measured. A proposal will be issued after this step.

Develop Project Structure - Content needs will be addressed, wireframing, sitemapping and other project specific structureswill be defined.

Design Interface – Design concepts will be developed and submitted to client for review. Functionality will be confirmed, and graphic templates designed and signed off on.

Build & Integrate - The process of programming/development now begins. This is where the application/site comes together. Up until this phase mockups were developed to show the client, but now this is where the fingers hit the keyboard and the development really begins.

Launch & Beyond – The project is officially launched in this stage! Training is typically provided to the client on how to use the content mangement tools, walk-thrus are given for analytics, and more.
