How long does it take to setup my account?
Upon receiving your request to setup your account it typically takes us 1-2 hrs to get everything setup on our servers….yup, we’re fast!
Do you own your servers or resell them from some other facility?
We own all of our hosting servers which are housed in a dedicated datacenter facility in Denver, CO. The facility includes fire surpression, backup generators, and everything else you would come to expect from a enterprise level datacenter facility…plus, our facility is manned 24/7!

Yes! We have technicians at the facility 24/7.
How often are backups of servers performed?
Every night backups are performed at our datacenter facility. Based upon the platform you choose to use (either windows or linux) you have the ability to perform site restores yourself (linux only at this time). For windows servers, you have the ability to request we perform the restore. Restores are done same day.
Can I prepay the year and if so, do I receive a discount?
Yes! If you prepay the year you also receive 1 month free, so 13 months for the price of 12.
Of course! Our email servers support you accessing email not only from your iPhone but from a web browser, dedicated email client (like Outlook, Mac Mail, etc).
